With a view to improving efficiency, Fondation Collective Groupe Mutuel and Fondation Collective Opsion have been conducting a merger process since the beginning of 2024. ASFIP has just approved the merger, and the decision will take effect at the end of the 30-day appeal period before the Federal Administrative Court in St. Gallen.
Nothing will change for our corporate customers, either in terms of the way we operate or the terms and conditions from which they benefit.
