Corporate customer area
In the claim form on your Corporate Customer Area, there is a page for document transfer in the last tab of the claim form. The "Document transfer" feature is also accessible in the claim file. The documents will automatically be stored in the claim concerned.
Your premium invoices are available in the "Finance" tab, then "Premium invoice". If you do not have access to your invoice, your account administrator can give you access.
If you are an administrator, you can view the users who have access to the same information as you from the homepage or from the drop-down menu at the top right by clicking on "User management".
If you have lost your password, you can use the feature “Have you forgotten your password?” from the login page. If you have also lost your ID number, you can contact your contract manager or call +41 848 803 777.

To change your type of dual authentication, you can go directly to the "Account settings" menu by clicking on your profile at the top right of the platform, then "Login and account" on the right of the page. From there, you can click on the pen icon in the Type of dual authentication section to make the change.
To change your personal details, please contact your contract manager, whose contact details can be found in "Account settings".
Your contract manager and health manager are available to answer your questions. For any questions relating to the content of a declaration or a statement, your claims manager will be able to help you.
If you have any questions about using the platform, your contract manager will be able to answer them.
If you are an administrator, you can click on "User management" and then add, modify or delete user access.
If you are an administrator and do not see this feature please contact your Groupe Mutuel Contract Manager. This person can give you permission to use the "User Management" feature if you do not already have it.
If you are a user, ask your administrator to update your access.
