If you do not receive the SMS code, please restart your device. If the problem persists, please contact your telephone operator directly.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the feature “Have you forgotten your password?”. A code will be sent to you by SMS text message. Once the SMS code has been validated, a new temporary password will be sent to you by email within the next few minutes.
If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, please send us your new address in writing, by email to Customer.Area@groupemutuel.ch
